The new repository contains many missing features

I don't have weston in this latest version and I can't mount sd cards, but the old repository can :/.
it's very annoying to have a "new depot" that doesn't even do what the old one did.

This requires arm9linuxfw for SD read/write, but it's flaky. A rewrite is pending.
