Add functionality for conditions to check sent post to Telegram or not

Actually the question in the title. And I would like to ask whether there is a condition for checking the post in your bot? For example, “If a post contains certain words, then the post will be sent to telegrams, if not, the post will be ignored”?

@euppi98 yes, you can add bot to any channel or even group(not tested).

For now there is no functionality for conditions.
