Last pre-release update.

Updates to battery polling to make sure the bridge shuts down properly; movement of spinner function to format.sh from upgrade script. Cleanup of ser2bt screen screenrc config file.

Release before 1.0

Fixed some logic problems in the upgrade script that decides whether to disable or enable the ser2net service. Added animation in areas that take a while to let the user know that the script hasn't crashed.
