Problem to solve: Avoid empty reports and feedback that do not allow the team(s) to investigate the report, and feedback and resolve the situation with a bug or bad experience

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. Select a platform for the feedback
  2. Select the platform for the bug report
  3. Prepare the feedback form that will guide the user to provide meaningful feedback
  4. Documentation for a user on how to create a bug report and attach the logs, video, screenshot

cForm feedback from Coinlist is a fresh Web3-friendly release. It has wallet connect and social media connect, but it lacks some features (like file upload) and customization.
it would be strategically nice for us to do in case we want to improve our chances with Coinlist sale. But what we want Coinlist to see from the form?

Tally feedback form that is paid (not this specific form). It has a lot of standard features, customization, and integrations; Wallet Connect can be worked around by a simple short answer field, same with the socials.

Regarding bug reports, it is highly unlikely that users will provide meaningful reports with steps and recorded video, it will most likely be the I lost my money report postfact and will not be retested to record a video because more money will be lost.

We can easily create another Tally form link that can be integrated into the UI or separate to submit issues users were encountering with the best they can describe. The best way will be to export and send logs collected in the background when the app is crashed or the user encounters the issue.

@calj @liutenko @Burak6446 I would like you to look in the Tally https://tally.so/r/319pDM feedback form and suggest questions you need for your analysis and further improvement work.

We have two steps:

1- The Exclusive Alpha Testnet: Since we will be having no more than 40-50 testers and will be contacting them continuously in a private Discord channel, the best way is having me and our MODs filter the bugs and send the important/real ones to the devs. In this channel, our DEVs can also contact the testers directly.

2- The Public Beta Testnet: We need a form, and it is Google Form. It is easy and most common. Besides, we need people to upload screenshots of the bugs.

  • We will have these guys' Telegram accounts and contact them in case we need them.

  • Since the reward for a bug is given when the bug is real and well explained, it is their responsibility to answer us. It will be the easiest process.

P.S. Our devs should let us know the names so we can mark them and send rewards

The questions are a bit long;

Thanks for using product! We'd love to know a bit more about your experience with us.

1- Your e-mail address,

2- Your Telegram username,

3- Your Metamask Address,

This question "Have more to share with us about your custom setup?" is not leading well. We should ask it better "Please explain the setting up process briefly"

"Have you experienced any technical issues or downtime during your testing?" to "Have you experienced any technical or personal issues or downtime during your testing?"

"Any screenshots you'd like to add?" this question seems to have no reason

"Would you recommend us to your community? " This question will be answered as 5 by everyone for the rewards. We can ask "What is your overall rating for our testnet?"

Thanks. I made small changes according to the review.
I have noticed though that I'm not in the paid working profile.
