Cache and load last chosen MetaMask network in browser local storage #15

If I go to https://flow.laminar.one, and then click the button "MetaMask Extension"
and connect an account from the MetaMask Extension when MetaMask is already connected to a network other than Kovan (e.g. Mainnet),
then the UI correctly displays Flow protocol currently only supports the Kovan test network.

However, if I then open MetaMask and switch from Mainnet to Kovan, the page doesn't automatically detect that I've changed the network
and refresh. I have to manually refresh the page for that message to disappear.
