Look into putting together all the cairo-native tools

Different families of targets (binaries, tests, benchmarks) could be grouped as multicall binaries to reduce link time and disk usage. Each binary linking MLIR takes over 300MiB and links several thousands symbols, so the savings of having only one for all the variants of commands may be significant.
