Getting permission to send PR

Hey! I work at Starkware, and I’m trying to send a PR to make AirPrivateInputSerializable's fields public so I can use it in my code.
I currently don’t have the necessary permissions and would love to get access.

Hi @Stavbe! You can fork the repo and build a PR from the fork to this one with the changes needed.
