[feature] Add a ULID generator

[xxxserxxx]

While not as as ubiquitous as UUID, ULID has many advantages as a result of design lessons learned from UUID. I use it in my projects where interoperability is not critical, which is often; e.g. for internal IDs. ULIDs also make for much nicer "shared" IDs.

I'd like a generator button similar to the UUID button, but which generates ULIDs.
