Unable to get calls from other carriers

In Portugal, there is a new carrier, DIGI, but currently it doesn't support volte or vowifi.
After some reports of making it work with pixel IMS, I gave it a try wit success. The options became available, although IMS status was not registered.

When I tried to make a call it did not worked, either with volte on or off.

I made a reset of the values in pixel IMS, with volte off and started to be able to make calls and receive calls from same carrier, but can't receive calls from other carriers.
Internet and everything else seems to work as usual.

Is it possible to reverse this? Does anyone have a clue why reversing the changes did note solve everything?

Did you try the steps 1 to 4 from https://github.com/kyujin-cho/pixel-volte-patch/blob/main/docs/troubleshooting.en.md#volte-does-not-work-after-various-situations ?

Did you try the sim or esim card on another phone?

It worked, probably it was the part of resetting carrier services. But I was trying to get the phone back to original. Now I am thinking if it will work if after enabling volte I do the reset carrier thing.
Do you think the part of IMS not registered could be solved by resetting carrier service?

What phone and Android version are you using? After updating to Android 15 I have never succeeded the IMS registration on my Pixel 6 with the VoLTE enabled SIM card through PixelIMS. I tried all the troubleshooting steps but cannot make the IMS work again. I even verified with the carrier if VoLTE was provisioned and enabled and they said yes.

The other SIM card that supports VoLTE by default (without enabling through PixelIMS) works fine (IMS+VoLTE+VoWifi).

It is a Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 pro+ with hyperOS based on android 14.
I used this tool after reports of it being used successfully in various brands.
Apparently it worked, but IMS was not registered and I was unable to make or receive calls. After reverse things I still couldn't receive call from carriers, different than mine.
