alright, i tried to sync element to an external midi clock but i have a little special use case: i have a pedal that i tap for tempo, this then calculates the midi clock and sends it out. but it only does so for a second, since i am not interested in absolute song position but only tempo-synced fx like delay and arpeggiator etc. also, i don't want to hog up the midi connection with the clock bytes. this works nicely with my hardware synths, but element seems to jump up and down in tempo like crazy when it receives midi-clock after a certain time. if i feed it a 120bpm midi clock, it sort of ramps up from 30 to 800 before jumping back to some other values and then stabilising at ca. 120bpm. is this a known issue? it would be great, if element could react "faster" to newly incoming midi-clock, adjusting its time right away without jumping up and down by such a large margin. i know that there is jitter in midi-clock, but not that much :-) |

It would still be great to have tap tempo by midi cc or note events! |

Your typical tap tempo, but can also be calibrated with MIDI messages like note and CC events
