Credentials are not cleared after switching credentials type of Openstack provider

In the cluster creation wizard of Openstack provider, credentials are not cleared after switching credentials type between user and application. This results in listing of security groups and networks using previous credentials which are inaccurate.
For example, in following screen recording, dropdowns should've displayed the "Please enter your credentials first" message after credentials type was switched:
