What is the problem, where is it and why is it an issue?

fd02::/120 (256 addresses) is a surprisingly small range, it's considerably smaller than 10.240.16.0/20 (4096 addresses) which seems weird. I think the default should be fd02::/116 (4096 addresses) to match the IPv4 range size, or larger.

Suggest how to fix it, if possible

Replace the fd02::/120 default with e.g. fd02::/116
