Related to kubeflow/kubeflow#6919. Since we now have a rough upgrade guide I would like to add a rough air gap section to the Readme. @diegolovison

Steps to reproduce the issue

We could rely on the extract images script and https://www.deploykf.org/guides/platform/offline/
