Add invoicing

Allow creating invoices from admin and automatically sending them by email, this should generate a PDF with Weasyprint probably based on a HTML template. VAT should be computed automatically (with a bool to disable it or perhaps an integer field on the lines that could be edited). Invoice lines should automatically relate or fill in from events probably or could be entered manually. Suggestion to use Django money field.
