In container recommendations page by default show only the term that has recommendations and hide the others

Problem Faced:
Currently the drop down for Terms (med, short, long) even tho recommendations are not present for a particular term we show the term in drop down, but on clicking that the user founds out that it is not present, which is not a good experience.

Expectations / Delivery Requirements:
The drop down should only display terms which have recommendations.
Eg. Medium term and long term recommendations are not present but short term is. So only short term is shown
By default show only the term that has recommendations and hide the others. In the dropdown, the other terms are grayed out
