Update all UI packages to latest versions.

Problem Faced:
Currently there are too many vulnerabilities that are tagged as critical. And we have not updated the UI dependencies from quite some time.

Expectations / Delivery Requirements:
Need to update all the packages in the UI to newer levels. A successful completion will include the UI up and running on upgraded packages as well as UI tested on different clusters (minikube, openshfit).

Where to Start?
A good way to do this would be upgrading packages in small bunch of size 5 (for eg) and then running the ui and testing if no other error comes up in the ui, so that its easy to debug.
