Problem Faced:
For demo purposes we mostly use UI deployed on Openshift clusters, in the current readme it is not mentioned

Expectations / Delivery Requirements:
Need to update the readme, making it more extensive about the different ways to get started with Kruize UI and steps that are easy to follow.

Where to Start?
Get hands on with the different ways of getting ui and then update the readme file.

Also, Accommodate issue #209 in the same pr.
