What is your feature idea?

Add a spinner to the CLI showcasing that the command is still running.

Why is it needed?

Since the revamp of the CLI, we don't display progress bar anymore, so for longer steps of cluster creation, if someone doesn't look at the API pod logs, they may question if something is happening, or if the command stopped with an error. Having something as simple as a spinner like the example below, would give confidence that something is happening.

Is this missing feature preventing you from using kubefirst?
