重现步骤

具体表现：

拖动更改条件项次序，不会立即使语义化文本发生对应变化；
点击【应用】按钮 / 切换条件项之间的逻辑关系时，条件项次序会还原至更改前的次序。
当过滤条件仅发生顺序上的改动时，无法点击【应用】按钮生效过滤条件。
