具体表现如下：
1.DC发送消息，该消息被bot转发至QQ
2.DC修改消息，bot撤回QQ的原转发消息，然后bot在QQ重新发送修改后的消息
3.DC修改后的消息被bot撤回，QQ修改后的消息也被bot撤回

推测可能是因为QQ消息撤回修改时，让bot误以为DC消息也需要撤回
