问题描述

在koishi console里全局设置把 timezoneOffset 设置为 480，之后重载配置。
尝试过重启应用，重启手机，仍然无效

系统版本

koishi-android版本:0.0.12
Android 版本: 9
设备的 CPU 架构: arm64-v8a
