When using a map with many datasets, it would be nice to display all tabs in the navigation even if the CSV hasn't been downloaded yet. (e.g. with a loading circle / greyed out button, etc.). To test use http://www.peacebuildingdata.org/kmaps/maps/drc-polls/#/?series=Latest.
