chiark-utils installs Perl files in version-agnostic location #92

sys-apps/chiark-utils should install its Perl files in a location specific to the Perl version it's built against, instead of a highly generic location that will always cause perl-cleaner --all to think it needs to be rebuilt. The specific file at issue seems to be /usr/share/perl5/Proc/Prefork/Interp.pm.
