作者您好，对于medical_re.py目前我们是加载您训练好的模型来进行train_example.json数据测试，如果我们使用自己的数据集，那么又该如何训练自己的模型呢？ 可以讲一下如何训练自己的模型流程成嘛？非常感谢，期待您的回复。
