Bug: Some disclaimer dialog translations are not being used in sign-up page

Describe the issue

It seems that most of the disclaimer dialog translations are not being used in the sign-up page, although they are present in the German translation file.

From the screenshot, it seems that only disclaimer_clickwrap_input_label, disclaimer_terms_of_use_link and disclaimer_privacy_link are being used.
