Make it possible to export / import custom translations without database knowledge

It is possible to dump and re-import the database table kimai2_translations.
Dumping and reimporting requires quite a bit of technical knowledge.

It would be great to have an easier export / import option for users with limited technical knowledge.

What is the use-case?

For compliance (and privacy) reasons, we have separated kimai installations for separate projects. In case of an audit by the granting authority, they would be given access to only the project that is being audited.
