Automatic timezone upgrades for ical.timezone.js on NPM

I was wondering if it would be possible to have ical.timezones.js as a package on NPM or even as a version tag. This would make it much easier to use in my project.

This means I'd need to re-release every time there is a IANA timezones update, otherwise the timezones would be out of date. I don't feel comfortable with automating this at the moment, and also don't want to manually release on every upgrade.

If someone has a smart solution I'm happy to review/discuss.

I don't think the consumers of that would need upgrades more often than the library itself is updated.
People might otherwise just include a static download which is even worse.
