Interacting with block access-items while facing the ground

Describe the bug

Interacting with block access-items while facing the ground will result in the item being removed from the inventory and placed temporarily. Right clicking again seems to give you the item again

To Reproduce

1. create an access-item using a block item
2. right-click item while facing ground and will cause issue

Expected behaviour

Cancels the placing of the block and runs action
