Sprint Goal is shared between two teams having same iteration #17
Comments
Can you check if the sprint goal is correct after switching dashboards using the dashboard-picker at the top of the page or via 'Browse all dashboards'? If was not able to reproduce this bug so far, I learned however that there seems to be an issue in Azure DevOps where the new navigation provides my extension with the wrong state / teamId related to the current dashboard. |
@keesschollaart81 I can easily repro the issue. And then switch to Team2 with the same iteration Iteration1, you can see that the tab name is still "Goal: TFVCTest Team Goal", and the goal description is empty, you can type any description here, like "Team2 Goal", but when you save. The tab name will changed to "Goal: Team2 Goal" for both the two teams. It seems like a extension bug, please help to take a look. |
This is continuing to happen for our team at Chevron as well. When will this be corrected? |
Hi, any updates on this issue? |
Having the same issue here. I need to be able to set goals for each team and we have synchronized sprints so we share a sprint in DevOps. Update: Seems like the issue is only with the goal in the tab because now when I check for each team, the separate goals are there correctly. Unfortunately, even if I turn OFF the tab label feature, the wrong goal still appears. |
Bug still open, is it possible to get this fixed? |
We have the same bug :( |
As of today I cannot reproduce this. All goals are displayed correctly on my teams with shared iterations, but I have to force reload the page sometimes to get the actual goal. |
Sprint goal of one team reflects into other team when two different teams having same iterations.
Team : Team 1
Iteration: Test\Sprint1
Sprint Goal: Test goal1
Team : Team 2
Iteration: Test\Sprint1
Sprint Goal: Test goal1
Test goal1 is reflected as sprint goal in both teams
