where should i place the obs-studio.nsi

Hello ~ i wonder where should i put the obs-studio.nsi file? i Develop obs-studio on VisualStudio2015, and i tried to place the nsi file in "build_master" dir, but when i run the nsi script & i got this error :

LicenseData: open failed "data\obs-studio\license\gplv2.txt"
Usage: LicenseData local_file_that_has_license_text | license_lang_string
Error in macro MUI_PAGE_LICENSE on macroline 21
Error in script "E:\VSProjects\obs_studio\build_master\obs-studio.nsi" on line 32 -- aborting creation process

the script stopped!!! so i guess i placed the sni file in the wrong path, anything i did wrong ?
