This would be really useful when using pre rendered lower thirds, promos etc over the main source.
At the moment I'm exporting Quicktime movs with RGB+Alpha from after effects which does work.
Chroma key would be a nice addition non the less

The monitor capture has the functionality in the form of "Color Key", maybe it could be based on that?
