Constant Contact List to 404 error

Hi,

I've extended the plugin to allow me to send newsletters to my Constant Contact list. When I select an email list and click on "Save Form List", I'm redirected to a 404 page. Any idea what could be causing this? Thanks in advance.

Any updates on this...I'm getting the same issues and I have yet to find a resolution. It seems to happen when there are multiple lists. Are there any ways to hack the wp_options table or anything to work around it?
