how to redirect to a thank you page and no emails? #37

2 part question:

How do I set up so that after the constant contact for is submitted, the page gets redirected to a thank you page (separate url). I tried the traditional contact form 7 way
(on_sent_ok: "location = 'http://myurl.com/thankyou';") but that doesnt work.
Can I stop the email from sending? I just need the info to send to Constant Contact. I dont want the email to be sent... Possible???
