#81 で目次が追加されTalksページが非常に便利になりました。

上から下にいく便利な動線が追加されたので、今度は下から上に戻る動線があればより便利ではないかと思います。PRを作る前に、ボタンの必要性について話したいのでissueを立てました。

My guess is that the user does not want to go back to the top, but wants the user to be able to open the menu at any time. So I think what we really need is a header navigation that is always fixed at the top.

たぶん一番上に戻るボタンが必要というよりは、常に上部に固定表示されているヘッダーが必要な気がします。

I've come up with a suggestion for revisions.

The TOC button is placed in the fixed layout at the bottom right of the screen.

When you click the TOC button, the TOC is displayed in an overlay

If the time schedule or Close button is clicked, the TOC is hidden. If the time schedule is clicked, it will transition to the Talks position of that time schedule.
