Better status reporting to k0smotron CRDs

In some cases e.g. the bootstrap data generation can fail. It might be due to missing "dependencies" or any other reason. In those cases we should surface the errors on the related object status fields.

Currently users need to go dive into the logs of k0smotron controllers and in some/many cases looking at the errors might be like looking for needle in the hay stack.
