Cannot install jupyterlab-vim #145

When trying to install this, I get the following error:

❯ jupyter labextension install jupyterlab-vim
An error occurred.
ValueError: "jupyterlab-vim" is not a valid npm package

Not sure how to resolve, any help would be appreciated.
(Issue 97 didn't help me, as I wasn't sure what removing the HTTPS proxy meant)

This is abandoned. Use this instead.
