Not sure what the issue is but picsum.photos returns a 503 error status on some images when loading.

May be a scaling issue with them as some times it does load. It's almost impossible to reproduce the issue.

Leaving this open in case this becomes more of an issue but have set the wontfix flag until it's mission critical.
