Table in Bills - Row Height Error

When creating a Table in Bills (using the drop down J-Action menu and selecting Table) a strange bug occurs.
It can only be seen if the Table Tags are on, the Row Height is struck out and in Red.
When performing a verify completeness, the following error message appears:
