Team compass doesn't mention discourse #654

Looking at https://jupyterhub-team-compass.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ I don't see us help users navigate towards the discourse, but we mention github issue's purpose. I figure we should mention it there.

Another point:

team compass landing page: there is a long list that is overwhelming, the expectation is that they are nested and not presented all in a overwhelming list
the landing page doesn't help you find the meetings
