Prepare an inter-rim update report for the Community Strategic Lead

Context

Even though we are just now starting our work on Community Strategic Lead (#536), we still need to prepare an interrim report for CZI because we were a little slow getting started.

This is an issue to track what we need to do for this report. @choldgraf will spearhead this one because he's the PI on the grant.

I've filled in the template report here:

The main section that needed thinking was the "inter-rim progress to our deliverables" section. I tried to fill this in as best I could, but I would love feedback from @sgibson91 or @malvikasharan in case there are other things we can add there. That said, it is a bit sparse because we only began work on this grant in earnest on August 1st.
