We need the following info on the homepage:

introduction
distinction between our docs and Outreachy docs and when it is appropriate to use which
- explicitly note that PRs linking our docs to Outreachy's are appreciated and highly valuable
how the docs are separated, i.e., by role
where to go if you don't fit into those roles
how to contribute
