Cannot install on Python 3.13 #120

There is no wheel for Python 3.13.

It has been on my TODO list for quite some time but quite low priority.

If anyone wants to try and make a Python 3.13 build, happy to make a review.

Alternatively, we recommend installing xeus-python with a general purpose package manager e.g. micromamba install -c conda-forge xeus-python
