Couldn't create the playback session for this item #21

After installing the HD GrandSlam app I get all the way through the app until I press play for a TV show and I get the error "Couldn't create the playback session for this item". It does this for every channel. Is there something I can do to fix this? I have installed the windows version on my windows 7 pc. I have the latest version of PMS.
