I did never get a connection to 213.73.91.35 (CCC) and even on CCC's website this resolver isn't mentioned (anymore?):

If you @julian-klode are interested in some quality DNS resolvers have a look in my dnsping monitoring in a real user environments and not fake-monitoring from datacenters.
