js-data-examples

An example blog application using js-data v3.

Relation and schema definitions are shared between the client and the server.

Run the app

Pick a client

  1. cd client
  2. Pick a client
  3. cd <chosen-client>
  4. npm install
  5. npm run bundle

Start the server

  1. cd server
  2. cp config.default.json config.json
  3. Edit config.json as appropriate
  4. npm install
  5. And if MongoDB also run: npm install mongodb bson
  6. And if MySQL also run: npm install knex mysql
  7. And if Postgres also run: npm install knex pg
  8. And if Rethinkdb also run: npm install rethinkdbdash
  9. And if Sqlite also run: npm install knex sqlite3
  10. npm start
