Unable to remove Publisher #4

When I tried to remove the publisher using option 13 on the tool, it gave me the following error. Even I ran the tool with some command line arguments, and it said PublisherUpdate completed successfully. But I can still see the node that I remove from rosnode list. Please let me know if you have any insight on how to fix this.
