带负号的色值是如何获取的？ #35

自定义UI时，配置颜色必须得是带负号的数字，但不太明白这个色值是如何获取的？既不是RGB也不是#开头的16进制。或者如何将RGB转为带负号的色值？

想要的十六进制色值-0xffffff
