As developer, I would like to see latest versions in the project so that I can be up to date

Acceptance Criteria

Spring Boot is updated to 3.3.7
Junit Jupiter to 5.11.4
Apache commons lanf to version 3.17.0
Mockito core version to 5.15.2
Remove unused slf4j version 2.0.16
Remove unused Mockito all version 1.10.19
All test are passing
