Debian-build-fixes-on-various-arches.patch

Description: Fix build for various architectures
 * Turn off errors on big endian
 * Remove the build_config.h file
   - Some macros are moved to the basic_types.h file
   - The ARCH_CPU_32_BITS macro is replaced with _LP64 and others
