Steps to Reproduce

The current default refresh seems to be to refresh all, hoping to support refresh all, refresh by group, and refresh of individual subscriptions to Improve response speed.

Expected behavior

Update the corresponding level content based on the current level

Device, Operating system, and app version

version: 2024.12.1086

@achieve-dream1221 what kind of account do you use? I'm tracking this ticket for FreshRSS already with #575. I haven't considered it yet for other types of accounts.

@jocmp thanks, this issue should be feature tag, but I only have choice bug and another.

it's just a local account, import from opml,

only refresh one group, or refresh all
